“Keithley’s product family is in demand with our customers particularly their general purpose SourceMeters,’” said Mike Novello, VP of Sales for Test Equipment Connection Corporation. “We also see requirements for Keithley’s Picoammeter and Source-Measure Unit (SMU) models which are fully programmable and provide multiple instrument capabilities for the cost of a single test instrument.
