Resistance Standard : Guildline 6560

The 6560 Resistance Calibrator provides a wide range of high precision resistors selected for use in calibrating ohmmeters. All of the resistors may be selected from the front panel or under remote control from the GPIB interface. Resistance ranges from 1.0 ohm to 100 Mohms. Accuracies from 10 PPM to 1 PPM can be obtained depending on the range selected. 2 or 4-terminal calibration is available. A sixteen-digit vacuum fluorescent display show either the actual value of the resistor selected or the value of the number being entered from the keyboard.
