The 5314A Electronic Counter combines excellent performance and traditional HP quality. This counter has Input characteristics range: channel A; 10Hz to 10MHz direct, 1MHz to 100MHz prescaled; channel B; 10Hz to 2.5MHz. Sensitivity: channel A; 25 mV rms to 100MHz, 75 mV p-p at minimum pulse width of 5 ns (100MHz range); channel B; 25 mV rms to 2.5MHz, 75 mV p-p at minimum pulse width of 200 ns, AC coupling. 1 Mohm nominal impedance shunted by less than 30 pF.
