The 460 Programmable AM/FM/Phase Modulation Signal Generator delivers cavity noise performance with synthesizer accuracy and stability. Frequency range is 0.1MHz to 650MHz. Resolution is 1.0KHz with main tuning control, 1.0Hz with vernier. 9 digit LED display for frequency. Internal AM, FM and phase modulation. IEEE compatible.
