These foundational capabilities are crucial for achieving accurate and repeatable measurements. These superior signal integrity capabilities come from Agilent's RF design experience, proprietary packaging technologies and unique CMOS ADC architecture. Superior signal integrity maximizes engineer's design margins by not wasting any measurement accuracy due to the poor noise, jitter or frequency response of the scope or probing system. A scopes bandwidth can be upgradeable at extra cost from 2GHzto 13GHz via the After-Burner II upgrade program. All current InfiniiMax I & II 1.5GHz -13GHz probing solutions are compatible with DSO80000B's.
