The Agilent N6430A series delivers a comprehensive suite of test solutions for 802.16-2004/Cor2 D3 Mobile WiMAX™ protocol conformance test (PCT) and development testing. The offering includes solutions for testing both base and mobile stations.

At the heart of the solution is the E6651A, which supports the user with a scripting interface to a fully functional radio bearer. Scripting adds further test capability to the already un-rivalled functionality of the E6651A. In addition the E6651A supports base-station emulation and a suite of RF parametric measurements.

The Agilent N6430A series meets the needs of both the development and conformance test users. Development users can write their own scripts for regression or design validation testing. Conformance Test houses will be able to use the system to perform protocol conformance testing, secure in the knowledge that they are using a system that has been validated by the WiMAX Forum (Note: Pending successful validation).
