The 3002A Signal Generator covers the frequency range of 1kHz to 520MHz selectable in 1kHz steps. The frequency is programmable via a rear-panel input connector using BCD-coded TTL voltages or BCD-coded contact closures using negative true logic. The RF output power level is +13 dBm to -137 dBm (1V to 0.03 ?V). The RF output impedance is 50 ohms.
