The 1152A Active Probe provides a 0.6 pF, 100kohm input that enables ultra low loading of the device-under-test, making it an ideal companion for the 54845A 1.5GHz Infinium Oscilloscope. Its 40 Vac maximum input voltage, ?15 kV ESD tolerance, and replaceable probe tips make the unit extremely reliable. It is compatible with the AutoProbe Interface which provides power and completely configures the Infinium Oscilloscope for the probe. The probe has a 2.5GHz bandwidth.
