Active Voltage Probes

The ZS Series probes provide high impedance and an extensive set of probe tips and ground accessories to handle a wide range of probing scenarios. The high 1 MO input resistance and low 0.9 pF input capacitance means this probe is ideal for all frequencies. The ZS Series probes provide full system bandwidth with all LeCroy oscilloscopes with bandwidths of 1 GHz and lower.

Differential Amplifiers

Differential amplifiers are intended to act as signal conditioning preamplifiers for oscilloscopes and network and spectrum analyzers, providing differential measurement capability to instruments having only a single-ended input. The "-PR2" version of each amplifier is a dual channel unit. The DXC series differential input cables are matched to the characteristics of the amplifier.

High Voltage Differential Probes

ADP30X high-voltage active differential probes are safe, easy-to-use probes ideally suited for measuring power electronics. The ADP300 is good for troubleshooting low-frequency power devices and other circuits where the reference potential is elevated from ground or the location of ground is unknown. In May 2012 Teledyne Technologies acquired Lecroy Corp. to expand its portfolio of test and analytical instrumentation products.
